Our story
MQM Capital is a Dutch investment firm, founded in Amsterdam in 2026 by an entrepreneurial team with a track record of building and backing companies across Europe.
We provide financing to real estate development projects, with a focus on Austria, Brazil, Germany, Portugal and the Netherlands. Our approach is hands-on: we partner closely with developers and stay involved through delivery, bringing capital, experience and networks to every project we back.
