About the project
Geystrasse pairs a bold, contemporary building with a rhythmic façade of blue-and-gold vertical fins, standing confidently alongside the ornate historic buildings on either side, in a well-connected urban location in Vienna.
The development will offer more than 65 fully furnished serviced apartments for both short and long stays, with amenities such as a gym, co-working area, and guest lounge, designed around the needs of international guests. On completion, the property will be leased to a professional operator under a long-term agreement.
The project follows a climate-friendly design approach: energy-efficient systems built around an air-source heat pump, rooftop photovoltaics, and a green roof.
