About the project
MQM Capital participates in the co-development of high-rise residential towers in São Paulo's most sought-after neighbourhoods, alongside the city's market leader in compact living. The first development comprises more than 500 design-led residences in a single tower, built around a car-free, transit-oriented concept.
São Paulo combines a structural housing shortage with rapidly growing demand for compact, well-located homes: young professionals and shrinking households are driving the fastest-moving residential segment in the city. The development responds to exactly that demand.
